This year, Elections Canada cancelled the Vote on Campus Program. As advanced polling closed earlier this week, all students living in residence who wish to vote in the Peterborough-Kawartha riding must venture to their local polling station on Monday, September 20th between 9:30 am and 9:30 pm.
Students who live on campus must vote at the Selwyn Outreach Centre on 2686 Lakefield Road. This polling station is over a 30 minute walk away but there is a bus that can get you there. The Selwyn Outreach Centre is accessible using the rural bus line, “The Link” via Route 31. Get off at stop '2704 Lakefield Rd.'
'The Link' busses leave Trent at 7:59 am, 12:15 pm, 4:15 pm, and 6:15 pm during polling hours on Monday. For more information about your transit options see the transit schedule and map.
To vote, bring two pieces of ID, with at least one to prove that you reside in the Peterborough-Kawartha riding. Read the Elections Canada website for more information about accepted ID.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
"Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system."
