You may have noticed it’s been a while since Arthur has published a sports-related article. This isn’t due to a lack of sports related news to cover; even during a global pandemic sports are as relevant and interesting as ever. No. Simply put, Arthur has gone gamer.
Since in-person sports have become more risky than usual, Arthur will be dipping its toes into the field of video game journalism. The ‘sports’ section will become home to reviews, news, and a variety of exciting topics such as “are games political?”, “should children be allowed to gamble?” and “gamergate.” Here to speak to these important issues are a team of summer journalists eager to share their thoughts and experiences in navigating the weird and wonderful world of video games.
What kind of content can you expect from us? Pretty much anything from reviews, coverage of e-sporting events, analysis of the industry, deep dives into the storylines of popular games, and love letters to our favourite ones. We’re also planning on experimenting with a variety of mediums to do this. Alongside articles, we’re planning on making video essays and maybe even a mini podcast series with the editors. Our first series to kick-start this revamped section is a collaboration from all of our summer journalists to write about a game that’s helped them through the pandemic so far. Stay tuned for that!
If video games aren’t your thing, fret not. Arthur will still be producing the hyper-local content that you know and love on the regular, just with a side of discussions concerning video games, as a treat.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
"Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system."
