This edition features a special centre spread filled with reviews of films appearing at this year's festival. Issue 4 also tackles issues of interest to the public including the purchase of a new property for the Police, the perennial question of what constitutes a Canadian film, and also what is going on at Cleantech Commons?

The final issue of 2023 includes an editorial about the latest approach to addressing the homelessness crisis in our community, an interview with the Trent University Alternative Arts Collective (TUAAC), an announcement concerning Trent's newest College, and the return of "Dear David" in The Bowlcut. All this alongside updates from City Hall and the launch of a new section we have opted to call "Fistfuls" - story stories that pack a punch.
