Hi everyone! My name is Madison Marvin (Maddi). My pronouns are she/her, and I'm a 5th-year Trent student studying English Literature and Political Studies with a specialization in Creative Writing. I worked as the Copy Editor for Arthur in my second year and I am excited to be working on such an awesome student-led newspaper again! I have previously had my short stories "Maple Syrup and Rice" and "Moonlit Market" published in Trent's Chickenscratch Anthology of Student Writing 2019 and 2022, and my poem "Hand-Me-Downs" in Absynthe Magazine Winter 2022. My short story "Jiaozi" will also be in the short story collection Where the Winds Blow published by Polar Expression Publishing. I look forward to working with and in the Trent/Peterborough-Nogojiwaanong community!
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
